Is the mug microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes. All our ceramic mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. The sublimation print is fade-resistant with normal use.

How is the design printed on the mug?

We use sublimation printing — a heat-transfer process that bonds the ink directly into the ceramic surface, resulting in a vibrant, long-lasting, fade-resistant print.

Can I add a custom photo or name to this mug?

How long does production take?

All products are handcrafted in-house. Production takes 2–3 business days after order confirmation, followed by delivery.
