Local Delivery via Wakilni We partner with Mik Express for local delivery across Lebanon. Once your order is ready, it will be handed off to Mik Express for dispatch. Delivery coverage and timing may vary by area. For delivery inquiries, you can also reach us via WhatsApp.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Personalized & Custom Items Please note that personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Ensure all personalization details (names, dates, text) are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
