Our mugs are made from premium ceramic with a gloss, chip-resistant finish. Capacity is 11oz (325ml).

Is the mug microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes. All our ceramic mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. The sublimation print is fade-resistant with normal use.

How is the design printed on the mug?

We use sublimation printing — a heat-transfer process that bonds the ink directly into the ceramic surface, resulting in a vibrant, long-lasting, fade-resistant print.

Can I add a custom photo or name to this mug?

How long does production take?

All products are handcrafted in-house. Production takes 2–3 business days after order confirmation, followed by delivery.

What printing and production methods do you use?

We use sublimation printing for mugs and flat products, and handcraft resin keepsakes, soap bouquets, and cardboard items in-house. All materials are premium quality and skin-safe where applicable.

What is your return and refund policy?

Because most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless there is a production defect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.
