How long does production take?

All products are handcrafted in-house. Production takes 2–3 business days after order confirmation, followed by delivery.

Can I customize products with a name, photo, or message?

Yes. Most of our products are fully customizable — including mugs, door hangers, keychains, and baby keepsakes. You can personalize with a name, date, photo, or custom message at checkout or by contacting us directly.

What printing and production methods do you use?

We use sublimation printing for mugs and flat products, and handcraft resin keepsakes, soap bouquets, and cardboard items in-house. All materials are premium quality and skin-safe where applicable.
