Kobkom By D&M is a Lebanon-based personalized gifts brand. We deliver nationwide — including Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and all regions across Lebanon.

How long does production take?

All products are handcrafted in-house. Production takes 2–3 business days after order confirmation, followed by delivery.

Can I customize products with a name, photo, or message?

Yes. Most of our products are fully customizable — including mugs, door hangers, keychains, and baby keepsakes. You can personalize with a name, date, photo, or custom message at checkout or by contacting us directly.

What printing and production methods do you use?

We use sublimation printing for mugs and flat products, and handcraft resin keepsakes, soap bouquets, and cardboard items in-house. All materials are premium quality and skin-safe where applicable.

Are your products suitable as gifts?

Absolutely. Kobkom By D&M specializes in premium personalized gifts for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and seasonal occasions. All items are gift-ready.

What is your return and refund policy?

Because most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless there is a production defect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.

We design and produce all our products in-house — from sublimation-printed ceramic mugs and handcrafted soap bouquets, to epoxy resin keepsakes, cardboard door hangers, and curated bridal gift boxes. Our Production Process

Sublimation Printing — We use professional-grade sublimation heat transfer to bond fade-resistant, full-color designs directly into ceramic and polymer surfaces. The result is a vibrant, dishwasher-safe, long-lasting print that won't peel or crack.
Epoxy Resin Casting — Each resin keepsake is hand-poured, layered, and cured in-house using premium epoxy resin. We embed dried flowers, photos, glitter, and custom elements to create one-of-a-kind pieces.
Handcrafted Soap Bouquets — Our soap bouquets are shaped petal by petal from premium skin-safe artisan soap, arranged by hand into roses, daisies, and seasonal blooms — functional art you can actually use.
Cardboard & Plexiglass Cutting — Door hangers and decorative pieces are precision-cut and hand-finished in our studio, with optional ribbon, floral, and personalization accents.
